Whisk is a full service dessert stop to satisfy any sweet tooth, featuring Asheville flavor!


 Chef and owner, Meg Schearer has been in Asheville since 1991, and has kept her eye on Asheville's favorite recipes while working at many restaurants, then becoming Head Dessert Chef at West End Bakery. She honed her skills for 7 years there, and felt it was time to go out on her own!

While enjoying a local pint at her favorite watering hole (Westville Pub), Meg and the owner, Drew, started talking about adding fresh-baked breads and pastries to their already extensive menu. After remodeling to expand to a brewery, the bakery has been included to offer Meg a certified kitchen for Whisk! She bakes all the bread on the menu, as well as the plated desserts, cupcakes and cookies!

She has developed incredible recipes and beautiful designs that have made each occasion memorable. Her attention to detail and amazing customer service have made Ashevillians happy for years, and she can't wait to create for you!!


We specialize in scratch-made cakes, pies, candies, cookies and other treats to wow your guests. Items are sourced locally, whenever possible, including eggs, apples, pumpkins, sweet potatoes, and berries. All flour and dairy is organic and of the highest quality.
